Terms and Conditions of Rental

Rental Period and Occupancy

  • Check in time is 4pm or later on the arrival date.

  • Check out time is 11am or earlier on the departure date.

  • late departure times may be available, subject to availability, charges may be applicable.

  • the property may be occupied by a maximum of two people per bedroom plus one extra person per home

  • it may be necessary for staff or agents of the management company to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.  when possible you will be advised with prior notice.

rental payment

  • a $200 deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

  • full payment for the rental will be made no later than 6 WEEKS prior to  arrival

  • the property should be left clean and undamaged.  If the property is not left in a suitable condition, it may be necessary to charge the security deposit for costs to cover extra cleaning.

liability limitations

  • the rental address may change without notice, due to circumstances beyond our control.  a property of similar or upgraded standard will be substituted.

  • homestead management central, inc.  its owners, agents or homeowners accept no responsibility or liability for loss of personal items while staying in the property or after departure.

  • parents must at all times supervise children when using pool facilities and the facilities of the development.

  •  homestead management central, inc.  its owners, agents or homeowners accept no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the rental property.  after notification of equipment failure to homestead management central, inc. , problems will be rectified in a reasonable and timely manner.

I / we agree to comply with the cardholder agreement and confirm that i / we will not refuse legitimate charges made against my / our card as detailed.  I / we further understand that no charges will be made unless and until such charges are incurred.  such as: property damage, staining and breakages.  excessive cleaning or excess garbage left (excessive garbage is defined as any amount not contained within the garbage can provided).  there are 2 garbage collections per week.  if you have any questions regarding disposal, please contact homestead management central.

Florida hotel licensing laws state that a guest lodging on licensed premises must give a  forwarding address.  if you are not retuning to your home address within 2 days of departure, please give your forwarding address.

homestead management central, inc.  represents the owner of the home and it is their duty and pleasure to ensure that you have a trouble free vacation.  if you have a problem that you feel will interfere with the enjoyment of your vacation, you should immediately report it to their representative.  they will take whever action they can to promptly correct the fault.  however, they will not consider any claim after the fact.
